If an enemy is hit by Fly the Flag, the target's Ice RES is reduced by 10% for 8s.

The custom-made weaponized Oni Flag features a powerful built-in cooling system, incorporating an Ether-infused catalyst that generates cold air to deal significant harm to struck enemies.

Experimental Charging Module

Basic Attacks, Dash Attacks, Dodge Attacks, and Reactive Assists have a 15% chance to upon hit to gain one stack of Vortex, triggering up to once per second. When Vortex reaches max stacks, further stacks gained grant Soukaku 1.2 Energy instead.

A charging module is able to continuously accumulate energy during battle. Therefore, it is regarded as an era-defining conceptual tactical weapon byt he R&D department. But for Soukaku, fully charging it simply means it's time to eat.

There's an easy way to incentivize Soukaku to train harder: just raise her meal allowance for attending.

Uplifting Current

During Fly the Flag, all squad members have their ATK increased by 8% of Soukaku's base ATK, lasting 15s. When consuming Vortex to use Fly the Flag, this effect is doubled.

When charged, the special charging module can generate a wind current of Ether energy to charge surrounding Ether devices. To Soukaku, it's just like having a buffet with friends. " Guys~ It's all-you-can-eat-time!"

Late-Night Snacks

All skill levels +2.

A way to further incentivize Soukaku to train is simple: add a late-night snack to her meal attendance allowance.

Northern Wind

While in the Frosted Banner state, the number of usable enhanced Basic Attacks and enhanced Dash Attacks is increased to 12, while attacks also deal 35% more damage.

Unlocking the safety device within the blade-flag allows it to operate at full capacity. It's not just for combat... it's also handy for cooling down a meal.

What are talents?

Each agent has 6 talents: A, B, C, D, E, and F.

Talents must be unlocked in order. Agent Profiles, which can be obtained through Signal Search, are required to unlock a talent.

Talents C and E, for all agents, will increase all skill levels by +2.
