Institute Strongbox
The strongbox is a locked container that was stolen by the Red Fang Gang. Inside the strongbox is the Rosetta Data.
According to the gang, they took part in stealing the strongbox, but nobody knows where it actually came from.
Apparently Silver received a commission from a mysterious client. They were told to go to the institute and get the strongbox.
But Silver didn't give the gang all the details, like how and to whom they were gonna hand over the box, so nobody knows...
